1. What Live Classes is

Live Classes are online classes taught by Shashwat Yadav on Google Meet, on performance marketing and AI automation topics. The schedule and what each class covers are on the Courses page. This website does not process payments.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google and give a mobile number to enrol. Please give accurate details.
• The account is for one person. Keep your access private and tell me if you think someone else has used it.
• How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

3. Class access and the Meet link

• After you enrol, the Google Meet link for the class appears under My Classes from 15 minutes before the class starts until it ends. It is not shown on the public pages.
• The link is for you. Please do not share, forward or post it, and do not let anyone else join with your access.
• Please do not record or republish a class or its materials without my written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site and the classes respectfully. You agree not to:

• harass, abuse or spam other participants or me;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or collect data from it automatically;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to enrol someone else without their knowledge.

I may remove someone from a class or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Changes and cancellations

Classes can have limited seats. I may change the time of a class or cancel it. A cancelled class is shown as cancelled on My Classes and removed from the public schedule. If you cannot attend you do not need to do anything, but please tell me if you want to leave a class or delete your account. You can cancel your own enrolment on My Classes until 2 hours before the class starts, and I may remove a student from a class.

6. What you can expect from the classes

Classes are for learning and are based on real client work, but I cannot promise particular business results. The content is provided as is, and, as far as the law allows, I am not liable for losses that come from using it or from the site being unavailable.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
